Preparation
Our training is probably the most revolutionary of all known forms of workouts. You will exercise almost every muscle simultaneously and with the highest effectiveness. In this way, you will quickly achieve training results that would otherwise only be possible through tough and consistent training for years. You gain a multitude of very positive effects, which transcend usual training results by far.
As special as the short training times and their outcome are the measurements that prepare you for the SPEED Training. Please adhere precisely to them, so that you are able to achieve the best possible result for yourself.
Nutrition
Prior to the SPEED Training
- 2,5-3 hours before: Have a meal that is rich in carbohydrates
(pasta, rice, potatoes, cereal products, vegetables, fruit).
- 2 hours before the training: Don’t eat anything anymore!
- 30-45 minutes before: Drink at least 0.5 litre of non-sparkling water.
- Right before the SPEED Training: Have a special energy drink in the SPEED-FIT Club.
After the SPEED Training
Have a high-quality protein drink or – as an alternative – a top-quality amino drink.
