What do I have to consider regarding the training?
SPEED-FIT: Please, read our advices for preparation.
How long does the result of SPEED Training last?
SPEED-FIT: It always depends on the individual case, of course. However, since we achieve much more within short time in comparison to traditional fitness training, the result does also last longer.
Why does one only have to exercise twice a week at the SPEED-Trainer?
SPEED-FIT: SPEED Training is so intensive that one should also respect the times of regeneration.
How does SPEED Training feel like?
SPEED-FIT: During SPEED Training, all skeletal muscles are challenged simultaneously. One thus has a very intense training experience.
Can SPEED Training also be recommended to people with serious weight problems?
SPEED-FIT: Yes, of course. Especially for those having weight problems, SPEED Training can be recommended, because the joints aren’t put under strain. In addition, the basal metabolic rate is quickly increased, which helps to swiftly lose excess pounds. Moreover, we recommend our SPEED-SLIM Package – which makes it even more effective.
Can the electric current during SPEED Training harm my heart?
SPEED-FIT: The heart is embedded in the pericardial sac which isolates it completely from this kind of impulses. Despite numerous studies, no damaging effects could be detected up to now.
How long does it take until I have observably built up muscles through SPEED Training?
SPEED-FIT: Depending on predisposition, training frequency and intensity, one can already see unambiguous changes after 8 to 10 SPEED Trainings.
Can I build up as many muscles through SPEED Training as with usual training?
SPEED-FIT: Yes, of course, though the special benefit of SPEED Training is that it works much faster, your joints aren’t put under strain and all muscles are evenly exercised. Therefore, there cannot be any muscular dysbalance.
How often a week should I do a SPEED Training in order to build up muscles?
SPEED-FIT: Two weekly training units of 15 minutes each can be recommended. Hence, the breaks aren’t too long and the body still has enough time to recover. Those who are in a hurry necessarily need to pay attention to a sufficient protein supply. For this purpose, we create corresponding nutrition schedules in our nutrition coachings.
Does the SPEED Training help, even if I keep on eating the way I did before?
SPEED-FIT: Yes. SPEED Training develops the whole musculature. The basal metabolic rate thus increases substantially, which means that one also loses weight at constant nutrition. However, one can plainly quicken weight loss by participating in our nutrition courses and using the nutrition software on our Pocket PCs.
Do the electric currents during SPEED Training have side effects?
SPEED-FIT: No, according to official studies and the information provided by the manufacturer, there are no side effects.
Can I also do a SPEED Training during pregnancy?
SPEED-FIT: No. Until today there isn’t knowledge of whether one could harm the unborn child through exercising on the SPEED-Trainer, but our SPEED-FIT Team adheres to the principle that experiments should never be conducted with pregnant women. However, pregnant women are welcome to visit our nutrition course and to book nutrition coachings, because nutrition plays a decisive role in the development of the unborn child.
Who shouldn’t do a SPEED Training?
SPEED-FIT: Apart from pregnant women, persons with heart pacemakers, epilepsy, cancer or thrombosis mustn’t exercise either. Persons with multiple sclerosis and acute infections should neither do the SPEED Training.
Why does the SPEEDtrainer remind me of the Body Transformer?
SPEED-FIT:The Body Transformer is called SPEEDtrainer within the SPEED-FIT Systems. An especially constructed stand for sports equipment and the modified training programmes are minor differences.
