Building-up muscles
Don’t be afraid of too many muscles.
Some may still think that strength training makes women too muscular. However, this myth is wrong. In comparison to men, women produce only about a third of the male sex hormone testosterone – which is jointly responsible for muscle packages.
Only few women are capable to build up muscles like men – due to genetics. SPEED Training tightens muscles, eliminates skin unevenness, increases the basal metabolic rate and thus helps to reduce fat pads.
